Catalytic substrates The catalytic monolith is made of a special 1.4767, DIN 17441 metal strip, rolled through a set of special rollers to produce corrugations. Interchangeable rollers give different size corrugations - at present these are available to produce substrates with cell densities of 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 cells per square inch. The Company produces round, oval and square substrates and other forms depending on the needs of customers. Usually strips with a width of 45.0 mm, 74.5 mm, 90.0 mm, 120.0 mm and 150.0 mm are used. The wound or arranged metal strip is enclosed in a metal jacket with the thickness of 1-4 mm and welded or inserted into a pipe (small diameters to 70 mm). Then depending on requirements they are brazed or supported with crosses. The main types of substrates produced include:
  • metal substrates (soldered and degreased)
  • catalytic substrates coated with precoius metals
  • metal substrates with an Al2O3 intermediate layer

Catalytic converters Catalytic substrates are developed into round or oval metal catalytic converters after being welded with cones, tubes and thermal cover. Following types of catalytic converters are produced:
  • universal converters
  • direct-fit converters
  • sports converters (at request)
  • environment protection equipment converters
